Intake and Online Forms (in steps)
Step 1: Start by saying hello. This is also where you'll receive an Investment Packet PDF highlighting updated rates, details, the process, and sample forms.
Step 2: Once you've received and reviewed information, it's time for a consultation.
There are options to meet in person, over zoom, or over the phone (with priority in that order). There is an optional form to assist in that process, which is available here or we can just jump into everything at our consult.
Step 3: Booking is solidified over preferred correspondence, not here on the site. Once a deposit is set, we will transfer forms and make the date official. Form samples will be provided after initial contact, but post-deposit, they will include your date and deposit confirmation.
Step 4: Once the date is close (about 2 weeks), we recommend sending any information regarding timeline or specific requests. In most cases, this information is transferred via preferred contact since it wouldn't be convenient to copy here. However, I do have an intake form for information I love to have, including some photo specific info like group lists, which help us stay organized.
